Our Story.
Community SoundLab was born from a simple observation: the professional studio environment is one of the most powerful classrooms on earth. It’s where math meets art, where technology meets grit, and where a person finds their voice.
Based in Pasadena/Altadena, CA, we provide local youth with access to the same digital audio and video tools used by the professionals they see on screen. Our model removes the financial gatekeeping of creative education—offering high-end mentorship and equipment at no cost to our youth participants.
